About Able Gear

Able Gear is a free place for Canadians to buy, sell, and give away disability-related equipment: wheelchairs and mobility aids, ramps and home accessibility gear, adapted vehicles, daily-living aids, and more.

Why it exists

Good used equipment is often expensive to buy new and hard to pass on when it is no longer needed. Able Gear connects people who have gear to sell or donate with people who need it, in every province and territory. It is run as a community service, not a business.

How it works

• Anyone can post a listing for sale, for free, or a wanted ad. No account is required.
• You confirm your listing with a link we email you, and it goes live for 60 days.
• Buyers reach you through a contact form, so your email address stays private.
• You manage, edit, renew, or remove your listing anytime with the private link we email you.
